I played a key role in developing the digital strategy for Fatti's & Moni's "Always Eat'alian" campaign, which redefined how Africa's largest pasta brand connected with its consumers in the face of growing competition. By creating a cohesive digital ecosystem that integrated influencer marketing, user-generated content, CRM implementation, and website optimization, I helped drive significant improvements in brand equity and consumer perception. The campaign's success was further recognized with two MMA Global Smarties awards for Omnichannel Integration and Brand Experience, underscoring the impact of our innovative approach.

I spearheaded the development of a new, consumer-centric brand positioning for Benny stock powder, aiming to invigorate its market presence and enhance consumer perception. The repositioning strategy culminated in the launch of the "Live with More Flava" omnichannel campaign, which included TV, radio, out-of-home (OOH), digital, and activation elements and resulted in the brand growing 23% and being named the #1 FMCG brand.

Following significant business challenges and a temporary halt in operations, South African Airways (SAA) needed a compelling positioning campaign to announce their return to the skies and re-establish themselves as the premier choice of airline. I developed an omnichannel campaign strategy centered on the insight that those who choose SAA are discerning travelers who recognize its excellence. Our resulting campaign messaging became The Ones Who Know Fly SAA.
